Ms. Dhatri, a trained Ashtanga Yoga Instructor (900 plus hours) will guide participants through age-appropriate Yoga asanas (poses) as well as proper pranayam (breathing techniques.) Mind and body calming techniques, origin and definition of yoga, holistic living and improving flexibility will be discussed. Participants will learn how yoga can help diabetes, hypertension as well as various other health issues. No registration necessary.
