Bridge Dedicated for Fallen Officer

Dozens of people came together to observe the dedication of the W.T. Harris Boulevard bridge at Interstate 85 as it was named in honor of Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Officer Mia Goodwin, who was the first member of the department to be killed in the line of duty nearly two years ago.
