A Roswell area father is pleading with lawmakers to help bring his wife back home from Mexico after she voluntarily left because of bad legal advice. A bill in Congress could help his family and others with U.S. citizens trying to bring their non-citizen spouses home. But the proposal faces an uphill battle.
